Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing parts refurbishments, coordinating improvement works, and ensuring the proper maintenance of machines and equipment in the workshop. Your role will focus on enhancing productivity, improving equipment reliability, and meeting the plant's business objectives, while adhering to the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. Job Responsibilities. • Monitor the performance of the mill, packer, and palletizer, including the central workshop, and manage air-conditioning services and maintenance facilities. Foster teamwork by sharing knowledge and supporting skills development, while assisting the Senior Engineer with overall E&I planning and execution responsibilities • Plan and review the chargeman's daily report, prioritizing instrument and automation tasks. Lead necessary actions for predictive, preventive, and corrective electrical maintenance • Coordinate and supervise work execution, making tactical decisions to follow the weekly plan, handling emergencies, managing personnel, and ensuring the safety of all electrical tasks. Oversee work order activities and ensure work order confirmations are completed • Prepare breakdown summaries and RCA reports related to the workshop and air conditioning systems, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders • Assist the Electrical Manager in creating and overseeing mid-term and long-term maintenance plans, ensuring cost tracking for personnel, spare parts, and third-party services. Propose actions to stay within the budget • Identify needs, provide technical requirements, support the tendering process, oversee service execution and commissioning, and contribute to supplier qualification and evaluation • Ensure all safety measures are adhered to by direct subordinates and contractors, aiming to achieve zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) by strictly following SOPs, procedures, and safety practices Job Requirements. • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Power Engineering • 3-5 years of working experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the heavy industry • Superior computer skills, with experience in SAP • Ability to foster teamwork and cooperation • Able to establish trust and confidence • Able to run simulations and analyze test data • Able to write clear and comprehensive technical documentations/reports • Possesses a highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
