Job Responsibilities:

• To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries by providing accurate information to all clients.
• Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements and provide solutions.
• Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships
• Support in administration as and when required by the superior.
• Work closely with the team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.

Job Requirements:

• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
• We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin and English as the role may require the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients from overseas.
• Fresh graduates with a high drive to earn money will be considered.
• Candidate must possess own transport and smartphone.
