  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

QS Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assess project costs.
  • Monitor and control expenditure, ensuring alignment with the project budget.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and cost forecasts.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements and assess work progress and payments.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Resolve any disputes related to cost and contract issues

Requirements:

  • Candidate shall possesses a minimum Diploma, Advance Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience is required and preference in construction and related field
  • Candidates shall be able to carry out task independently, possess high integrity, and good interpersonal skills
  • Candidates shall be able to communicates effectively with internal and external departments and possess strong teamwork spirit
  • Candidates shall perform analytical skills to handle the multiple tasks by priority under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
