  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview: The Group is seeking a dedicated Corporate Travel Manager/ Relationship Manager to join their Malaysia office. This role will be crucial in driving customer retention and expanding existing client business. As the primary point of contact, you will take over responsibilities from the Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and expand client relationships through regular communication and coordination with internal teams. Renegotiate client contracts as needed to ensure client retention. Manage the profitability of existing clients. Oversee the implementation of new clients. Conduct Management Information analysis and provide consultative insights to clients. Build strong working relationships with Sales & Operations Managers and their teams. Keep accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics. Assist with credit control by ensuring clients adhere to contracted payment terms. Provide monthly reports to the Country Manager on key achievements, activities, and focus areas. Report to the Country Manager with a dotted line to the Managing Director. Perform any other tasks as delegated by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management. Well-presented, energetic, analytical, and customer-focused. Essential experience in Travel Management Company (TMC) Account Management. Remuneration Packages: Basic Salary: RM 10,000 to RM 11,000 per month Phone Allowance: MYR 100 per month Benefits: Medical Coverage, EPF, SOCSO, EIS Additional Benefits: Annual Leave, Bonus Scheme (TBA) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week) Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
