As a Korean-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with customers in Korean language, handling inbound and outbound communications across voice, chat, and social media platforms. You will assist customers with various travel-related queries, manage disruptions, and drive sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Voice and Chat Support :

  • Handle customer inquiries, including ticket bookings, changes, and rebookings.
  • Provide fare information, availability, pricing, promotions, and fare rules.
  • Assist with the sale of ancillary services such as inflight products, meals, hotel bookings, car rentals, and destination activities.
  • Manage general sales inquiries, itinerary requests, and booking confirmations.
  • Help with schedule changes and disruptions, rebooking customers when necessary.
  • Handle issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.
  • Address customer compliments, complaints, and feedback regarding booking, inflight services, and disruptions.

Outbound Voice Support :

  • Contact customers proactively to manage schedule changes and disruptions.
  • Rebook customers onto alternative services as necessary.

Social Media Engagement :

  • Respond to customer posts and private messages in Korean on social media platforms like Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, etc.
  • Handle customer inquiries similar to voice and chat support, including booking assistance, fare inquiries, and disruption management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and English.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored for voice, chat, and social media.
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
  • A sales-oriented mindset to upsell ancillary products.
