Customer Service cum Admin

Areas: Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer emails, calls, and queries such as PO, DO, invoices, complaints, and stock checks.
• Liaise with the Logistics, and Warehouse departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up or update customers on delivery schedule changes, if any.
• Process purchase orders, prepare invoices, and delivery orders for daily shipments, do tender filing.
• Generate quotations
• Ensure proper filing of documents and records.
• Run reports, manage orders, and place orders for urgent inquiries.
• Assist in all other administrative task as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management.
• At least 1 years of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
• Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
• Good time management, communication skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
• The candidate able to work in fast-paced environment environment.
• MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel (V-look Up & Pivot Table) Savvy.
• SAP is an added advantage.
