SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER

The Senior Production Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the production process in the garment manufacturing facility. This role focuses on enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and implementing innovative manufacturing techniques. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient garment manufacturing. Coordinate with different departments (e.g., design, quality control, procurement) to streamline the production process. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production activities. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any quality issues. Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Cost Management: Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and machinery. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, including operators, technicians, and junior engineers. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the production team. Technology and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in garment manufacturing technology. Evaluate and implement new technologies and machinery to improve production efficiency. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production facility. Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety training. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present production reports to senior management. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
