  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Process reimbursement claims cases to meet department requirements & benchmarks.
  • Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system
  • Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals
  • Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
  • Correspond and reply via email to Hospitals or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing

Requirements

  • This is a 1-year contract role
  • Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology, Medicine, Nursing or related fields
  • Open for applications from Laboratory Technicians or Laboratory Scientists
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Sound knowledge of medical terms and medical reports
  • At least 1 year of minor claims processing experience is an added advantage
  • Good communication skill
  • Self-motivated and customer-driven
  • Sound problem solving skill
