Maintain and plan the preventive maintenance of the factory machinery and facilities to ensure machines and facilities both electrically and mechanically, are at top operating condition. Oversee direct subordinate routine in event of absent / vacant. Monitor, measure and making decision judgement and propose solution to performance improvement and issues. To coordinate with supplier on matters related to machinery or electrical breakdown. To prepare costing for delegated projects Responsible for the spare parts inventory and store-keeping ensuring the optimum availability of the machinery parts as when needed. Assist in the development of new process, upgrading and improvement to machineries and facilities. To train, improve and upgrade knowledge, skills and attitude of subordinate in their capabilities to perform better. Ensure all delegated jobs and task are performed efficiently and effectively. Perform other task or assignment no within scope delegated by superior or management.
