Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage our product displays at major retail stores, such as Aeon, MPH, and Popular Bookstores, within the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur areas. The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring product displays are neat and attractive, and conducting regular stock counts to maximize product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Replenish stock levels at designated retail stores.
-Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
-Ensure that products are displayed prominently and in an organized manner on store shelves.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff to ensure smooth operations and product promotion.
-Monitor product performance, provide feedback on sales trends, and suggest improvements.
-Ensure promotional materials and in-store marketing displays are updated and properly placed.
-Communicate any inventory issues or potential out-of-stock situations to the relevant departments.

-Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
-Ability to work independently and travel to multiple store locations within Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lift and handle product boxes when replenishing stock.
-Own transportation (preferably a car) is required.
