  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g. quotation, invoice, purchase order, delivery order, despatch order) Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries and liaise with customers.
  • Source, negotiate, purchase the most competitive price materials and liaise with suppliers.
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, GRN and others.
  • Work closely to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines; Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment order and local delivery arrangement; Update and maintain delivery schedules & shipment record
  • Handle all customers’ enquiries; providing all product knowledge in assisting sales order.
  • Assist the general office administrative duties as assigned
  • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
