  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Sales Manager (Chinese Speaker)
Industry: Motor Parts
Location: KL/Selangor (Headquarter in Bukit Mertajam, Penang)
Working Hours: 6 Days per week, 9:30am to 6:00pm
Salary: RM6.5k - RM8.5k Basic (Depending on last drawn & experiences) + Allowance + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel outstation between states to guide and accompany Sales Executives for client meetings and discussions.
  • Promote and sell motor parts to a diverse range of clients.
  • Maintain current customer relationships and develop new markets and clients.
  • Submit daily meet-up schedules before 10am, detailing client visits.
  • Improve company branding awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct daily meetings and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Participate in additional duties assigned by management.
  • Required travel to headquarter in Penang every month for monthly meeting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial sales experience in motor, hardware, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; good eloquence is essential.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin.
  • Must be independent and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to report to Bukit Mertajam office on the first day of work.
  • Own transport required for client visits.
