岗位职责：
Job responsibilities
根据开发需求完成新产品导入工作，完成IPD项目中制造相关的开发工作和任务，包括不限于工装开发、工艺开发、产线搭建等；According to the development needs to complete the new product introduction work, complete the IPD project manufacturing-related development work and tasks, including not limited to tooling development, process development, production line construction; 分析改善重大质量问题，提升产品良率和一次通过率，包含产品从新产品导入到量产的全部过程；Analyze and improve major quality problems, improve product yield and once through the rate, including products from new product introduction to mass production of all processes; 针对产品工艺和产品测试制程，建立工厂技术标准，提供降低产品制造成本和效率提升方面的技术支持，以及与供应链和研发部门进行协调工作；For the product process and product testing procedures, establish factory technical standards, provide technical support to reduce product manufacturing costs and efficiency improvements, as well as coordination with the supply chain and R&D departments 作为研发与工厂的连接，协助产品软硬件验证工作、工程变更确认；As the connection between R&D and the factory, to assist in product hardware and software validation work, engineering change confirmation； 作为项目成员参与推进工厂精益进程，提供技术解决方案；As a member of the project to participate in promoting the factory lean process, provide technical solutions; 组建强大而坚实的工程团队，如果有业务需要，需前往总部进行培训。The formation of a strong and solid engineering team, if there is a business need to go to headquarters for training. 任职资格：
Job Requirements
电子工程/自动化/通信工程/仪器或相关专业本科及以上学历；Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering / automation / communications engineering / instrumentation or related disciplines 熟练掌握数字电路、模拟电路，具有较强的电路分析能力；Proficient in digital circuits, analog circuits, with strong circuit analysis capabilities; 具有较强的自主学习和动手能力，熟练使用电子测量仪器，可以快速学习掌握新仪器、新知识，并能够利用相关工具分析和解决问题，如：Cadence、AltiumDesigner、Labview等；Strong independent learning and hands-on ability, skilled in the use of electronic measuring instruments, can quickly learn to master new instruments, new knowledge, and can use related tools to analyze and solve problems, such as: Cadence, AltiumDesigner, Labview, etc.; 熟练运用office软件，有英文读写能力，具有一定的软件编程基础优先；Skilled in the use of office software, English reading and writing skills, with a certain degree of software programming foundation is preferred;
