Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Qualify new products, new materials, new methods with Engineering changes.
• Possess sound knowledge of wafer process flow and mechanisms, identify and prioritize key processes to solve the following as a team;

- Quality improvements (wafer crack, wafer take out, electrical failures & etc.)

- Productivity improvements (production output, production efficiency & etc.)

- Cost reduction (material change, energy saving programs & etc.)

• Support non-conformance products troubleshooting to regain and sustain product quality.
• Sustaining and continuous improvements of Key Process Variables (Output and Input).
• To achieve quality standards and production output set by the Management.
• Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
• Train and certify engineers in training and in performing their duties.
• Generate new ideas and solutions for yield improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering/Science field or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and wafer processes will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills and both verbal and written.
