JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate, Diploma, Degree;
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in any field is needed;
- Proficient in both written and spoken Vietnamese Language (to communicate with Vietnamese speaking client);
- Proficient in English;
- Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays;
- Prefer with full working rights in Malaysia or Spouse Visa Holders;
- Able to work in Office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling of inquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need;
- Answer inquiries through live chat, email, call;
- Resolve complaints and provide information;
- Provide appropriate solutions or alternative methods within the time frame.
