Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant

  • To maintain proper financial and accounting management records and databases.
  • Update and track inventory level and movement.
  • Compile and sort invoices and cheques.
  • Issue cheque and payment voucher for account payable.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.
  • Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with General Ledger.
  • Order, store and organize all office supplies.
  • Assist in month end closing accounts with strict timeline.
  • Assist in identifying & resolving operational issues relating to accounting.
  • To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma or highest (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) or fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Malay (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
