- To maintain proper financial and accounting management records and databases.
- Update and track inventory level and movement.
- Compile and sort invoices and cheques.
- Issue cheque and payment voucher for account payable.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with General Ledger.
- Order, store and organize all office supplies.
- Assist in month end closing accounts with strict timeline.
- Assist in identifying & resolving operational issues relating to accounting.
- To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or highest (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) or fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Malay (Preferred)
