We are Mechanical & Electrical Consultant company based in Seksyen 13 Shah Alam, looking for candidate who are highly motivated to join us as Admin Clerk Requirements : -Minimum SPM -At least 3-5 years of working experience in Administration/Clerical -Highly motivated,responsible and can work independently detailed oriented, organized and efficient -Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask -Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Effective communication, writing and good interpersonal -Posses own transport with valid driving license Responsibilities -Menaip surat-surat / tender dokumen dan lain-lain perkara yang di arahkan oleh pegawai. -Menyemak email syarikat pada setiap hari dan memuat turun lukisan projek yang diterima dan disimpan di dalam folder. -Merekod butiran yang berkaitan bagi surat menyurat/email/fax/lukisan projek yang diterima -Memastikan urusan penyimpanan dan pemfailan surat-menyurat, lukisan projek, dokumen tender dan sebagainya sentiasa berada di dalam keadaan kemas dan tersusun. -Melakukan tugas-tugas fotokopi/scan/binding dokumen dan sebagainya. -Menguruskan invoice claim bagi setiap projek yang dilaksanakan oleh Syarikat. -Lain-lain tugas yang di arahkan dari masa ke semasa.
