Production Executive

Responsibilities:
Monitor process parameter to ensure daily smooth running of production line.

• Staff arrangement and on the job training for staff.
• Plan daily production schedules and work allocations.
• Plan and manage manpower, machinery resources, meeting production targets.
• Manage machine utilization, production reports.
• Manages manufacturing facilities to ensure that production is produced in a timely and cost-effective manner while meeting all governmental guidelines.
• Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts management of cost and labour over run.
• Ensures orders are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards are met and on time.
• Manages labour issues including safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training, grievances and the like.
• Train, develop, and appraise staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
• Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance.
• Support / Promote Continuous Improvement activities to enhance plant efficiencies and ensure the plant is meeting customer expectations.
• Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Food Biotechnology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Food Manufacturing Industry is a must.
• Preferably Executive level specializing in Food Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.Strong knowledge with practical experience in Food Safety Management System eg: GMP, HACCP standards, procedure, implementation and audits.
• Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and effective problem-solving skills.
• Possess leadership and management skills.
• Good communication skills in English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language for both spoken and written
