The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility through the Group and Creative Lab websites and digital platforms. You will oversee all aspects of the company's e-commerce and digital operations, from website management to customer acquisition and retention.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Optimize website performance: Improve websites’ search engine ranking (SEO), user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns, email marketing initiatives, social media strategies, and content marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and report on performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website.
  • Manage e-commerce operations: Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, social media content.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Marketing or any other related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adwords Reporting and Social Media Reporting)
  • Must know how to use Wordpress, WooCommerce or similar Content Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
