Promoter (KL/PJ area)

Job Purpose

Promoter is responsible for demonstrating the features and benefits of a product to customers and improve brand awareness through shopper’s engagement. Promoter also promote & provide product detailing to customers and shoppers to improve sales & turn shopper into buyer.

Responsibility

• Setup and maintain demo area clean and well stock with product, leaflets, samples, etc
• Actively approach shoppers and give out product sampling to customers at stores
• Provide & promote product detailing to shoppers
• Create a positive image and lead customers to use the products
• Answer any questions from the potential customers about the products
• Convert shoppers from competitor’s brand
• Collect market information from walk-in shopper & customers
• Recording transaction and stock levels accurately
• Staying up-to-date with products and competitors features and benefits
• Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions

Qualification

• minimum SPM
• must have sales/promoter experience in retail industry.
• sales experience in personal care/vitamin is preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,399.92 per month
