Customer Service - Shipping & Logistics

Responsibilities:
· Arrange booking as per requirement
· Maintains documentation related to shipping activities
· Communicating and liaising with importers, exporters, shipping lines and
overseas partners through Email and phone.
· Need follow up closely on every job
Requirements:
· Resourceful, proactive, presentable, and with a positive attitude
· At least 1 year of work experience in the freight forwarding/NVOCC/liner
companies
· Good understanding of shipping and logistics, as well as export/import
documentation and procedure·
· Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
applications and usage of Microsoft Excel
