  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Lead the team to understand product and processes, develop/improve systems and control measures, drive implementation and monitor its effectiveness to successfully produce quality products consistently to customers. Participate and provide proactive suggestions and support to the management of the Company.

Key Tasks & specific challenges

  • Manage a team of QA personnel responsible for all quality functions including in-coming quality, in-process quality, out-going quality and reliability testing.
  • Coordination/interface with production and external suppliers to ensure all products and in-coming goods are at the right quality to meet company and customers’ quality standards.
  • Critically review all non-conformance reports, defect reports, organize and manage the action required to rectify the non- conformances.
  • Act as Management Representative for ISO9001 Quality Systems.
  • Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits.
  • Develop an organizational framework and culture in which Lean / PACE initiatives are developed and implemented.
  • Demonstrate a high level of safety behavior and ensure safety compliance by the team

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure high quality process compliance and Product (Company Key Strategic Objectives)
  • Efficient and effective outgoing audit to prevent escapees of bad parts (Customer complaint index)
  • Team leader for ISO9001 planning & execution (Re Certification of ISO9001 standards)
  • Identify CTQ points and drive higher process compliance (FTQ improvement and reduction in internal scraps and process deviations)
  • Safety promotion and improvements (Safety KPI improvement)

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality with progressive responsibility in developing subordinates
  • Degree in Mechanical/Material Engineering.
  • Experiences in Automotive and Casting Industry experience
