JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative assignments given by superior.
  • Responsible with stationery purchase & uniform stock record update.
  • Responsible to monitor, re-check and key in the maintenance (motor Vehicle) record.
  • Responsible to arrange the inspection, purchase insurance, renew road tax & GPS.
  • Responsible to apply petrol card, in charge of company's mobile phone line tracking.
  • Responsible for renew work permit of foreign staffs
  • Responsible for business license, SAJ, TNB, UNIFI and other related matter.
  • Responsible in assisting simple payroll process
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks when needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must posses with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文 (as will needed to deal with various internal & external parties)
  • Candidate with admin related experience will be added advantages.
  • Open for fresh graduate.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Nusa Bestari
  • Applicants who can start work with short notice will be added advantage
  • 5.5 days working (Alt Sat)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm ; Sat 8.30am-1.00pm (Alternate)
