RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing, planning & implementing marketing strategies for all Projects
  • Develop marketing strategy and liaise with creative agency on marketing materials and sales kit
  • Manage marketing budget and deliver all marketing activities within set budget
  • Develop in-depth understanding of major market segments through market research and project bench-marking
  • Organize and manage sales launches and coordinate with all relevant parties involved during sales launch or roadshows / exhibitions
  • Conduct, monitor and coordinate market research, external trends analysis and market surveillance of property development to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects
  • Coordinates daily operations of the sales gallery and show units
  • Ensure the application/renewal of Developers’ License and Advertising Permits and/or other relevant permits required in the course of marketing and sales and are valid all times
  • Ensure the submission of mandatory reporting to authorities on time
  • Assistance sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on cases
  • Manage and coordinate with Media Agencies, Advertising Agencies and Real Estate Agencies
  • Build a team with high level of customer service culture
  • To prepare reports required by the Management
  • To undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the authorized personnel of the company from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in property development industry
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally/externally would be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills, effectively addressing customer issues and controlling business impact
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices
