PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the overall system support related to inventory control and process, which including spot checks on outbound loading, cycle count, put-away audit, empty location audit, damaged stocks control and documentation checks.
  • Reporting on daily cycle count result, put-away audit, empty location audit and outbound audit with findings.
  • Work closely with IT Department while perform system housekeeping such as require location master, sku master and pack size master.
  • Monitor system housekeeping from time to time on WX3 / WMS such as checking on outstanding inbound, outstanding outbound, expired and nearly expired sku, sku & location vs. actual storage condition and alert in same product family sitting on the same location.
  • Monitor and investigate closely on missing and excess sku and damages.
  • Reporting to Principal for any expired or short expiry sku, discrepancy on batch against system vs. physical and damage item.
  • Monitor on daily operation activities and recommend for improvement e.g. revised of packing size, consolidate sku in same location etc.
  • Perform daily system reconciliation and liaise with Principal as and when necessary to ensure both system tallies.
  • Monitor physical housekeeping such as ensuring correct sku at correct storage area, ensuring no stock sitting at block location, ensuring all items maintaining in system.
  • Recommend to Operation Department to consolidate of loose sku at bulk location and consolidate same sku at same ground location.
  • Compile cycle count result, put-away audit, damaged report for a month and prepare a KPI report.
  • Work closely with Operation Department on annual stock take including stock take planning, timing, process flow, requirements, manpower planning and monitor the whole process from before stock take until finalized the stock take result.
  • Assist Superior for any new account as a support team while migration, system go live, monitoring inventory level and provide training for OM team.
  • Assist Superior for any terminated account while migration out such as preparing picking list, data entry and report.
  • To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as accident prevention.
  • To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
  • To perform additional duties as required by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in handling warehousing Inventory Management.
  • Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP, proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in Excel (Vlookup, PivotTable,etc)
  • Able to communicate in English

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
