Job Descriptions

  • Execute and operate the activities of Performance Management and Regulatory Reporting Systems, ensuring the integrity and stability of their day to day performance. Provide support to business and other MIS users through downstream applications or data marts. Also support or manage related approved projects.
  • Assist unit head to manage and monitor related project tasks and deliver within approved financial budget
  • Maintaining close working relationship with business user, technical team and vendor
  • Plan and drive the day-to-day operations / system supports.
  • Coordinate in the data sourcing for HFM / FTP
  • Prepare/ review all relevant systems policies, procedures.
  • Prepare/ review functional specification based on user requirements
  • Mentoring and training new support staff(s). Assist in system audit
  • Provide project status report to project manager/reporting supervisor.System implementation support i.e.project administration, testing, migration activities & adhoc tasks.
  • Contributing to development, review and improvement of performance management systems including processes
  • Continuously update technical skills and knowledge in support of systems
  • Learn from others and / or through projects involved

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information System, Business Administration, MIS, Finance or relevant areas
  • Additional certification in Project Management will be an added advantage
  • Preferably 3 years or more in banking industries, financial systems and general accounting experience
  • Experience in system administration role would be added advantage
