The Manager, Marketing is responsible for supporting the Assistant Marketing Director in all marketing-related activities, driving successful communication, and managing marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in executing marketing strategies, event planning, vendor management, and ensuring smooth collaboration with external agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Marketing Director in executing marketing projects and strategies.
  • Liaise with Public Relations agencies to craft news releases, create social media content, and manage media relations.
  • Manage website content to maximize its marketing potential, including creation, updating, and uploading of information.
  • Coordinate with website development and translation agencies as necessary.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and events, including liaising with organizers, vendors, printers, and logistics partners, to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
  • Source and manage vendors for marketing merchandise as required.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to develop press releases, social media content, and trade show artwork/advertisements.
  • Provide marketing support to dealers and partners for branding, events, and online content.
  • Travel occasionally for trade shows and events and attend meetings in Singapore when required.
  • Open to supporting graphic design projects on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and meetings is required.
  • Open to supporting graphic design tasks when needed.
