  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

  • Oversee and responsible on the whole Sales Order Processing Module. 632 system and new Sales Order Processing (OTC 2.0).
  • Main coordinator between all the branches’ Sales Admin and 3. Salespersons, to handle all the sales orders related matters.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Department on all the inventory matters, from incoming shipment to stock allocation and reservation.
  • Handling of Daily and Monthly Sales reporting, to communicate with salespersons on the daily and monthly sales progress.
  • Any other assignment as may be instructed by the Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Able to commit 6 months internship period.
  • Excel skills which can be develop further.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of the team.
  • Converse well and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Location: Able to travel to Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

Schedule & Working Hour

  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am-5.15pm
