- Responding to and addressing customers' inquiries, service requests, and complaints via all touchpoints, following the company's Policies and Procedures.
- Handling interactions with professionalism and assessing customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitoring and following up on case resolutions, escalating issues to superiors when necessary.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
