Assist in identifying employee training needs.
Submission of Yearly Training Plan to superior.
Assist in coordinating internal and external training for employees.
Implementation of training programs.
Evaluation of training programs.
Submission names to training providers.
Preparation of payments (if any) to relevant training providers.
Evaluation of training effectiveness for 3 days and above training programs.
Ensure proper recording of training and maintain records.
Updated records of training.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
