Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Field Trainer to make the trainee aware of his/her core skills, to make him/her feel confident, and to motivate him/her to achieve the assigned goals and objectives. Field trainer responsibilities comprise designing the training material in such a manner to support the training needs of the field trainee, which in turn will enhance the quality of work done.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist to develop and implement training programs for field staff.
- Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis.
- Prepares and maintains training course materials.
- Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
- Manage and maintain training drive on the company intranet.
- Ensure that training material and information are always updated and available.
- Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
- Collaborate with Content Specialists in creation/modification of training materials.
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.
- Maintain training equipment and supplies in safe and good working conditions.
- Reserve training rooms and set-up training equipment for conducting training programs.
- Conduct training evaluation surveys, TQE and CS visits.
- Any other duties assigned by Department Head.
Your Ingredients
- Diploma or higher in a field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organisational Behaviour.
- 1 – 2 year working experience in operations.
