Key Account Executive

• Work closely with existing and new clients to continuously identify opportunities with partners to grow together.
• Prepare renewal agreements well in advance of the agreement end date.
• Forward selected candidates to the client for consideration.
• Proactively follow up with the client to track the progress of candidate selection and onboarding.
• Accurately issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up on payment status to ensure timely remittances.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Conduct quarterly customer feedback assessments to gauge satisfaction and gather valuable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, attending to clients or candidates enquiries and continuously improve our services.
• Be well-versed in the foreign worker process, including relevant regulations and requirements.
• Implement safety measures and best practices to achieve a zero-incident workplace.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
• Manage contract workers by cooperate with cross functional department.

Qualifications:

• Savvy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in administrative services/customer service/sales or related fields.
• Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Advance in problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
