Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing and improving all internal business operations, overseeing employee activity and ensuring a department is on track to meet its financial goals. Develop annual scope of work and manage progress throughout the year. Takes on special projects and coordinates completion. Business Operations Manager report directly to the COO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating Strategies and Policies: Creating strategies and policies for company growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Achieving better business practices and making sure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards.
  • Data Interpretation and Decision Making: Interpret data from market research and various departments to make strategic decisions, manage complex analysis projects, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Project and Event Management: Plan, manage, execute and monitor end-to-end projects and events.
  • Budget Management: Prepare budgets and ensure adherence including budget reconciliation.
  • Intellectual Property Management: Providing a deep knowledge and capability in international patent and trademark administration.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Staff Performance Management: Conducting staff performance reviews and motivating staff.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the COO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operation Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in managing and growing a dialysis business (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin (added advantage, for China Market).
  • Experience working with the Australia and China markets (added advantage).
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.

  • Project management skills, including concept development, scope definition, implementation, monitoring, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
