Job Summary: As a Retail Associate at Michael Kors, you will act as a vital brand ambassador, providing premium customer service and promoting the luxury and style of Michael Kors products. Your role is essential in creating a memorable shopping experience for customers and achieving store sales targets, with a particular focus on serving Chinese-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Engage effectively with all customers, with a particular emphasis on providing expert guidance and service to Chinese-speaking clients.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Michael Kors products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to a diverse customer base.
• Sales Performance: Strive to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, actively participating in promotional activities and sales events.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards as per the brand’s guidelines, ensuring product presentation and store aesthetics meet high standards.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory processes to ensure accurate stock levels and record-keeping.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and best practices, especially strategies for engaging with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the professional image of Michael Kors and maintain high personal appearance and conduct standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred, especially roles involving interaction with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in sales, able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Language: Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly preferred. Proficiency in English is also required.
