  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

  • To assist in daily operations of procurement department & project site operations. e.g : Progress Claim, Variation Orders and Prepare BQ
  • To assist in estimate the quantity and costs of materials
  • To review all construction drawings & specifications
  • To assist prepare all the related documents, request for quotation and contracts.
  • Involve during tender submission to fill in pricing and prepare requirement documentation
  • Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, subcontractors, workers
  • Responsible to prepare progress claims, payment certificate to sub contractor and site valuation
  • To ensure documentations are in line with SOP
  • Undertake other assigned tasks as required
  • Albe to conduct meetings with site team consultant and client to meet the contract issues solution
  • Albe to meet tigh deadlines
  • Project budgeting and costing reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Candidates with at least 1 to 2 years working experience with Civil Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan and work under pressure
  • Familiar with infra work road, drainage and sewerage will be add advantage
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Required Skill(s): Autocad and Microsoft Office
  • Albe to work at Semenyih
