  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client “⁠GLOBAL KIARA SDN BHD" is seeking a Senior Manager (Operations – Renewable Energy/Green Energy Solutions) to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of renewable energy projects, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of renewable energy systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of operations with project development, engineering, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, contractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior management

Who are they looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in renewable energy are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management within the renewable energy or green energy sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing operations for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, or other green technologies.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other local Malaysian languages is a plus.
