Office Admin
Location: Bandar Sunway
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide status updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and report trends to management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with order management systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
