Duties & Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) including but not limited to recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, payroll & statutory, employee insurance or records, compensation and benefits, performance & KPI management, training and development, disciplinary matters and any HR related matters.
  • Prepare or draft HR related letters and/or agreements as and when necessary.
  • Review and refine Company and/or HR policies and procedures from time to time to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison with external parties, including but not limited to internal or external auditors, lawyers and/or authorities for any HR related matters.
  • Prepare and/or review HR related reports on weekly, monthly or yearly basis or as and when required.
  • Organise Company, HR and/or CSR related events which include planning, coordinating and managing the pre and post event activities.
  • Manage and provide support or guidance to the HR team in order to run the department smoothly.
  • Administration

  • Manage full spectrum of office administration including but not limited to upkeep and maintenance of Company assets or properties (company vehicles and premises), IT matters, stationeries and utilities expenses, managing insurance renewal or subscription and any office related matters.
  • Manage Company licenses and certification application or renewal processes to ensure all licenses and certifications are valid.
  • Liaison with suppliers and/vendors from time to time on administrative matters.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree and/or Diploma in Human Resources Management or with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources roles.
  • Preferable candidate with experience in Public Listed company or construction/engineering or any related field.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office / Infotech application
  • Candidate with knowledge of ISO9001, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and Anti Bribery Management System (AMBS) has advantage.
