Job Description:
As an Outlet Crew member at Balibaba Cafe, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take food & beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages according to cafe standards and customer preferences.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
• Assist in setting up the cafe, restocking supplies, and cleaning up after shifts.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the cafe’s procedures and standards.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is a plus.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
