Job Description
• Analyze the service market environment, customer pain points, and requirements, and explore and improve service opportunities for Wireless service.
• Develop service solutions for Wireless based on customer requirements and network characteristics.
• In sales projects, take charge of solution planning and design, commercial quotation, solution presentation, solution clarification, and commercial negotiation, and be responsible for solution competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understand one or more service products/solutions especially for Wireless, and have experience in selling or delivering frontline project solutions.
• Be able to understand and analyze customer requirements and effectively manage customer expectations.
• Have strong communication and presentation capabilities, strong service development awareness, and good English skills to communicate with customers.
