Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Familiarity with IT terminology, skills, and technologies.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (e.g., Foundit, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insight, Jobstreet)
