- Local & overseas shipment arrangement, and ensure customers are kept informed of delivery dates changes.
- Handle customers’ enquiries.
- Record customers’ returns, Issue packlist & invoices.
- Undertake other general administrative duties as requested by your line superior.
- Handle for administrative matters.
REQUIREMENT:
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. With related working experience is an advantage.
- Independent, self-motivated & aggressive
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill and customer Oriented
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
