ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate enter data into various databases and systems.
- Update and maintain existing data records.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity.
JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
