ONSITE: This role requires the student to work from the LOCATION office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thought Leadership Content & Engagement
    • Understand from Segment Leads on ongoing marketing trends, what’s appealing to target audience and how to engage them with thought leadership contents / communities’ topics and etc.
    • Planning: Working with Segment Leads to develop a draft Engagement Plans/Calendar; drive the development of the content for 1QFY24 and execute them in 2QFY24
    • Development: Develop content nurturing stream, and ability to handle online to offline marketing activation such as SEMs, Digital, Media Buy, Webinar to Physical Activation such as OOH activation, events, and account days
  • Campaign Activation – New Product Introductions (NPIs, launches)
    • Participate in new NPIs launches. Working with Segment Leads, to collectively and strategically with the APAC Regional Marketing team to execute an APAC-wide marketing campaign, either with OEMs or channel partners.
    • Learn commonly used digital tactics (programmatic, social, retargeting) and apply them in ongoing execution.
    • Coordinate regional and centrally driven marketing programs in coordination with the Sales and Corporate Marketing teams
  • Campaign Analysis
    • Produce debriefs on campaigns and quarterly incentive channel programs, including delivering regular reports and ROI calculation
    • Take a proactive and positive approach in seeking ways to improve all aspects of our marketing activities and work seamlessly across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication & Outreach
    • Provide frequent marketing updates to Sales and Marketing Leaders via regular communication tactics (edm, social post and etc)

  • Exceptional time management skills, interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • The candidate will need to demonstrate drive, ambition and be self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, budget management and analytical mind
  • Lively, team-player, energetic, with an optimistic, can-do attitude.
  • Digital activation skillsets would be a plus - Some knowledge of digital and social ads buy, Photoshop and etc
  • Project management experience working directly with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders with the ability to juggle deadlines and customer expectations

  • Social Management Skillset
  • Strengthen in Data Analytics Skillsets
