- Experience of handling bearing products and dealing with heavy industry (cement etc).
- Lead and manage direct sales activities in Malaysia to meet sales and profitability goals for identified OEM and strategic industry customers.
- Establish and execute strategic and operational objectives to secure and expand the business within OEMs and strategic industries.
- Profitably grow the business by increasing brand awareness among OEMs and strategic industries.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to specific segments to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Work closely with product management to drive product development and launch efforts in line with market needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education from a university or applied sciences institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business, technical roles, leadership, and channel management, preferably within an industrial multinational company.
- Over 5-7 years of experience in business management, including direct OEM sales, business development, or related engineering/service roles.
- Experienced of working with heavy industry clients, such as those in the cement industry.
