Get to know the Role:

  • As part of the Regional GrabAds SMB Strategy & Planning team, you will support regional business development and co-create strategic plans to guide self-serve ads growth.
  • You'll promote and deliver advertising services within Grab's ecosystem, working with multiple teams to identify solutions for broad merchant adoption.
  • You are strategic, enjoys collaborating with partners, and understands how to use business plans for growth. You should also enjoy challenging the status quo, troubleshooting, and sharing solutions to improve the team's overall performance.   • You will report into the Manager of Self-Serve Business Strategy & Planning and hybrid working in Malaysia.

Critical Tasks You Will perform:

  • You will guide budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring to ensure targets are met.
  • You will establish and manage performance goals by defining and setting goals to promote business growth and guide understanding on goal setting.
  • You will help create strategies and special projects to grow business potential through cross-functional and country enablement.
  • You will manage demand planning plans to improve customer lifecycle loops to grow the account base, in collaboration with MKT/CRM/Product/Solutions teams.
  • You will foster advertising merchants' growth with a strategy and increase self-serve business loyalty to the platform.
  • You will take a long-term view of the business and define market positioning and target segments.
  • You will manage business review cadences and executive updates for leadership understanding.
