Growth Mindset is a subsidiary of TAO Consulting, a boutique consulting firm registered in Hong Kong and Singapore.

TAO Consulting is a service provider in the Talent Management and Organization Development industry to global multinational companies.

The Associate Consultant will play a support role to project managers and be taught through professional development the key skills for business development, project management, administration/project coordination and technical support to projects. The Associate Consultant is taught the key skill sets to become a development consulting professional.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Degree or other relevant development qualification from a reputable learning institution
  • Demonstrable interest in working talent management, HR challenges and inclusive business development in international markets
  • Demonstrated interest in international development and ability to undertake independent research on industry matters
  • Previous work experience in a development / corporate sector is strongly desirable
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate concepts and ideas in a succinct, logical and clear manner.
  • Ability to think logically and possessing skills in problem identification and resolution
  • Ability to work not only as a team member but also with limited supervision on personal initiative
  • Demonstrated experience of initiative, client-orientation, risk taking, and working in complex and time-pressured contexts;
  • Outstanding English written and oral communication skills with additional languages
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
