What you'll do:

• Plan, strategize, execute, collaborate and monitor the overall deliverables and performance of all third parties service providers and vendors that provides services in all areas within Technology Division and ensuring they are meeting or exceed the expectations and abide to the company standard as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will play a critical part in optimizing vendor relationships, driving cost efficiency, and enhancing the organization's competitive advantage.
• Work with the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Department in delivering solutions and initiatives that meet PNB Group’s Mission and Vision.
• Deliver to achieve the agreed departmental Key Performance Index (KPI) in the Infrastructure and Operations domains.
• Plan, strategize and execute the efforts to maintain and improve the overall Company’s IT Systems by primarily collaborating with all third parties service providers and vendors.
• Set goals, objectives, manage the work process as well as monitor, measures, analyse and evaluate the progress and performance of all third parties service providers and vendors.
• Manage and monitor the vendor’s performance and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Responsible for delivery of IT Operations advise to line managers, business unit, partners and help to resolve third party performance matters both in operational and tactical IT supports.
• Manage potential risk related to the managed services providers and vendors in the areas of IT operation.
• Stakeholder management and liaison with internal and external auditors as well as consultants.

What you’ll bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information System / IT or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in the related field.
• Strong understanding and experience in the areas of vendor performance management related to IT services in a financial institution environment.
• Strong vendor management skills as the role is responsible to establish strong partnership with third party service providers and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and could readily develop relationships with people from all levels and background.
• Good business relationship skills i.e. negotiation, customer service orientation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to keep abreast of new technology developments and trends in the IT domains.
