Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Able to perform consolidated report is a must, candidate who is not able to perform the consolidated report, need not apply.
• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify and reconcile discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.
  Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
• Coordinate and process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Perform month-end reconciliation for creditors, debtors, and bank accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  Review and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
• Identify and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar for Autocount & Xero Accounting system is an advantage
• Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Malaysia or Outstation
