  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about BIM technology and have a strong understanding of architectural design principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural scope, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop and refine BIM models.
  • Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) to create and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Assist in the coordination of various disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) within the BIM model.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
